I ordered a few small items from FinnStyle, and to be fair, everything arrived in good shape. Nothing was damaged, which was the main thing I cared about, but I did kind of feel like my order was treated in a very generic way.
The box was sturdy and there was plenty of padding, maybe even too much for what I bought. It felt a little overpacked, and when it took some effort to sort through all the paper, I couldn’t help but feel like no one really paid attention to the size of the order.

Overall, I’m happy the items got here safely, so I can’t complain too much. I just wish the packaging felt a little more thoughtful and less like my small order got ignored in the process
